Symee & Saymee is a proactive AI assistant platform for service providers. The Symee core system provides a full CRM, booking system, and payment management, while the Saymee AI agent – triggered by heysaymee – automates customer management, reminders, and business decision support using Knowledge Graph, RAG, and multi-LLM technology.
The Challenge
In the service industry, daily administration – booking, customer follow-up, invoicing, marketing – consumes enormous amounts of time. Business data lives scattered across different systems, so AI cannot help effectively.
The Solution
We built a unified platform (Symee) that centralizes all business data, and integrated a proactive AI agent (Saymee) that understands the full customer context through Knowledge Graph and vector search (RAG), then automatically makes suggestions and executes tasks.
